The London walking tour will begin with a five minute safety induction, you selecting your free London Souvenir and the distribution of picture guide books which will complement the commentary. Then the walking will begin, and your professional tour guide will be using an amplified microphone to make sure everyone can hear the detailed commentary. There are approximately 25 places of interest discussed during the tour, which includes: the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The Churchill War Rooms, Big Ben, the Royal Family, 10 Downing Street, A Secret Street of The Rich and Famous – and so much more!
There are no height or weight restrictions for the London Walking Tour. There are no age limits either, although under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or authorised guardian and walkers must deem themselves to be fit and able enough to walk a distance of approx. 1.5 miles (2.5 km). Unfortunately there are steps on some parts of the tour so it is not suitable for a person in a wheelchair.
The London Walking Tour lasts for approximately 2 1/2 hours, although this can vary depending on the size and age of the group, and on the amount of group interaction and topic discussion with the tour guide.

The London Kings, Queens, Politics & Power Tour runs every Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 pm, Thursday morning at 11 am, Saturday afternoon at 1 pm and 4 pm and Sunday afternoon at 4 pm until the end of October, at which point schedules may be revised. The tour starts starts outside St James' Park underground station and finishes outside Westminster underground station.
For your London Walking Tour you should wear sensible walking shoes that are suitable for walking a distance of approx 1.5 miles (2.5 km) at a leisurely pace. It is also advisable to bring some form of rain protection if the weather forecast suggests rain. Use of sun screen on hot days is also recommended.
The London Kings, Queens, Politics & Power Walking Tour runs when it is raining, excepting very heavy rain or rain with high winds. Tours are unlikely to run in icy or snowy conditions. In any instances where very bad weather is forecast, walkers will be contacted at the earliest possible opportunity to inform them of cancellation of the tour and offer them an alternative date of their choice. If an alternative date is not wanted by the customer, a customer refund can be given.
