Spa Experience Days: Using smooth basalt rocks, this fabulous 60 minute Hot Stone
Massage relieves tight, sore and tense muscles, releasing toxins
and allowing the body's natural energy to flow more effectively.
Your treatment will take place in a wonderful Spa tucked away in
the East Sussex city of Brighton; with long beaches to match its
seaside atmosphere, there aren't many better locations to get you
feeling calm and relaxed before you embark on your 60 minutes of
bliss.
After being welcomed to the Spa you'll make your way to the
treatment room and make yourself comfortable. Your hot stone
massage will begin with a traditional Swedish Massage to warm the
body up, before your masseuse heats the volcanic stones and begins
massaging the muscles. The hot stones will then be placed at
various points on the body, including the palms, toes and spine, to
focus your energy and help your muscles relax even further. As well
as soothing muscles this traditional treatment will also benefit
stiff joints, so once you leave the Spa you really will feel
totally refreshed.
This Hot Stone Massage Experience is the perfect gift for all,
providing the ideal opportunity to take some 'me' time and truly

Availability
This Brighton Spa Treatment is available throughout the year, 7 days a week.
Requirements
The Brighton Hot Stone Treatment is suitable for all participants, however if you are suffering inflammation or injury on the day of the Massage cold stones may be used.
The minimum age is 12. For those under 16 they will need an adult with them on the day. If you're aged between 16-18 you will need an adults consent.

Time Spent at Venue: 1:15
Your Hot Stone Massage will last for 1 hour in total. Please aim to arrive at the Spa 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Unfortunately spectators will not be permitted in the treatmentroom, however there is plenty to do in the local area while theywait if you are planning to combine your Massage with a dayout.
