Availability
Hele Bay Mid Tide Coasteering
Our Lower Tide Adventure is a mellower Coasteering experience at Hele Bay with a range of small - medium sized jumps. From the beach we traverse along the Ilfracombe coastline combining some short gully swims with jumps ranging from 3-20+ feet. This experience is less challenging than our Hele Adrenaline Adventure. With less swimming and more scrambling we recommend this route for less confident participants. You will spend around 1.5 hours Coasteering and around 2 hours in total from arrival at Hele Bay to departure.

What to wear:
- It is recommended to bring old trainers
- Wetsuit boots can be provided if you do not have any old trainers
- Just bring some swim wear for under your wetsuit and a towel for after!
