The experience takes place at Jean-Christophe’s home, in picturesque Tea Green, Hertfordshire. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by one of the accomplished resident chefs. They’ll be your engaging guide – drawing on their own experience and the inspiration from Jean-Christophe as you begin to explore the wonderful world of pasta, together. Once you know your fettuccine from your fusilli, it’s time to get cooking! Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy practical demonstrations and get hands-on, while learning to prepare a variety of comforting pasta dishes. You’ll discover the Italian way of doing things, before sitting down to a delicious late lunch – Jean-Christophe himself may even make an appearance!

It is recommended that you book at least 4 weeks before the course.
The minimum age for this is 18.
Unfortunately there is no disabled access on site as it is a 14th century listed building.

The academy course is suitable for groups of up to 12 people. The minimum group size required to run is 6.
Unfortunately this is not suitable for spectators.
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in. Flat shoes are recommended as you will be standing for a considerable amount of time.
This course is held indoors and therefore not weather permitting.
