Surfing Experience Days: Learn to surf during a group lesson in Northumberland. What could be better than riding the waves, feeling the power of the ocean beneath you as you fly through the surf on your board? With this surfing experience, you’ll learn the skills to get you up and catching waves in no time!
You’ll meet your instructor and the rest of the group at one of five beautiful Northumberland beaches. Then it'll be time to get kitted out in your wetsuits and begin! Your instructor will introduce you to the basics of surfing and to begin with, you’ll practise the techniques used in surfing on the sand. Once you are confident, it’ll be time to head out and begin surfing the waves. This is a highly enjoyable water sport and when you catch that first swell, it’ll be sure to get you hooked. By the end of your two hour lesson, you can expect to be confident with the basics of this fantastic water sport and you might just have found a new hobby.
