This amazing rally driving experience for kids lets them get out there driving on a challenging rally circuit without the need for a driving licence! This full day course will cover all the basics of rally driving before racing against the clock and the other competitors on a woodland rally stage. Expert instructors will be in the passenger seat to ensure you get the most out of your day.Your Junior Forest Rally experience will begin with a welcome to the centre where you will meet your instructor. After a full safety briefing and introduction to the cars you will driving you will head out to the track to begin with you a short theory lesson on car control, you will head out to the training area and begin the practice laps of the forest stage. After a short break for lunch you will head back out in the car and begin the 7mile forest stage to practice the skills you had learnt before lunch. Now the competition can begin, as you race against the clock and the other competitors to find out who is the fastest driver of the day. Your experience will draw to a close with the presentation of the winners trophy and certificates for everyone else along with a de-brief.
The Junior Forest Rally Experience takes place on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year.

Please allow 8 hours at the centre. The Forest Rally Full Day starts at 08.45 and finishes at 16.30.

Spectators Allowed on Site: Yes
Each participant can bring up to 3 spectators. The first is for
free and then a charge of £10 for each spectator after. This
will also include a picnic lunch. MUST be booked in minimum of 2
days before event as food is ordered in fresh.
There are no additional options for spectators other than watching the participant. Numbers are limited and due to safety, no dogs allowed and it is not advised to bring babies and small children.
Helmets and Balaclavas supplied by the centre.
The shoes that you wear are the most essential item. Many styles of trainers are not suitable, with soles that are too thick or too wide. Squash shoes are good as they are thin & narrow soled. You should wear warm outdoor clothing as the forest gets quite cold, especially in the winter as the forest is 1500ft above sea level and is exposed.
Only the most extreme of weather conditions will restrict the experience. Please call the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.
