Throughout this unique twist on the afternoon tea experience, you'll get to enjoy either a tea or cafitiere style coffee followed by a selection of contemporary finger sandwiches, sweet canapes and french macaroons. While you and a friend tuck into your tea, a professional chef will be at the front of the group giving a relaxed and informal demonstration on how they created a selection of tarte tatin and fresh custard with caramel art on your table. The chef will cover all the industry tricks and tips they used and make sure it's a very fun and entertaining afternoon for everyone. To top off an 'edu-taining' experience, you'll also receive a chilled glass of Champagne!

The chef's demonstration will be help inside, so the experience won't be affected by the weather.
There is an outside seating area to enjoy your afternoon tea but not in view of the demonstration. Therefore when the weather is poor, the outside seating are will not be used.
