Not only will you learn these various cooking essentials, but you will also discover your own unique flavour palette, learning which food flavours and textures you love!
You'll be taught by one of the best and most professional chefs, Tim Maddams, who was Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's head-chef at the River Cottage. He will be showing you why ethically and locally produced foods are the best ingredients to cook with. This class will teach you a whole range of different things, from making and baking bread from scratch to hot smoking meat, fish and game, with lots more in between!
