My gift voucher expires this month. Does this mean I have to book the experience, or actually take it before the expiry date?


All experiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date. If you are unable to take the experience before the voucher runs out, we offer one extension per voucher. For an admin fee of £20, you can get an additional twelve months on the original expiry date. This can be done by logging on to your account, or by calling us on 0845 862 9911. Please note vouchers cannot be extended after the expiry date.
