Will my refund incur a cost?
If you have an un-activated gift voucher you can have a full refund up to 7 days after your purchase. After 7 days but still inside 28 days of purchase there is 20% or £20 (whichever is greater) administration charge. Please refer to section 9 Refunds and Cancellations for further information.
