What should I do if I have injured myself and I am unable to participate in the activity on the chosen date?


If you haven't yet confirmed a booking you must use your voucher prior to the expiry date. If your voucher has not yet expired and you need some more time to recover, you can extend this for another 12 months until you're ready. If, however, you have already confirmed a booking, you will need to contact the Partner Centre to see if they can help organise a new time and date. Unfortunately refunds are not available after you have redeemed a voucher online.
