How do you book the date? Is it separate with the track/centre once you have the voucher?


All of our experience gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of dispatch unless otherwise stated (or 10 months if purchased before 29th November 2016), and allow the recipient to make a booking for a date which suits them, within this time-frame. The recipient would simply need to activate their voucher online. Once this has been completed, they will receive an email with the contact information for the chosen track so that they can call/email to make a booking. Alternatively, if you already have a specific date in mind, please feel free to let us know and we would be happy to check the availability and make a booking on your behalf. Please note that bookings cannot be changed once a time and date has been confirmed.
