I've ordered a voucher - how do I make a booking?
In order to make a booking, you will first need to redeem your voucher online, by simply following this link: http://www.experiencedays.co.uk/login.php - You will need to log in, using your email address, and then go to the "Redeem a Voucher" section and enter your voucher code. Once you have redeemed your voucher, the contact information of the instructor will be released to you via email with all the necessary information (eg. contact number, full postal address) and any additional information required on the day. Upon receiving the email you can then give the instructor a phone call and book directly in for a date that is convenient for both parties. Once a booking has been made, this creates a reservation that is non-refundable. At this stage the voucher cannot be extended or exchanged.
