I’m unable to go on the date I’ve booked, can I change my booking?


Once you have confirmed your booking, Experience Days are unable to change your booking details. If you are unable to attend the specified time slot for your booking you will need to contact the activity provider to see if they can arrange a new time to attend the activity. Activity centres may have limited availability; therefore it is important that you contact them ASAP. Location contact details can be found on your booking voucher
