Is it possible to extend the remaining credit on my account?
Yes, all Experience Days vouchers and credit can be extended once for an additional 12 months from the original expiry date, for a £20 administration fee. You will need to contact our customer service team on 0845 862 9911 in order to extend your voucher credit (and any prior redemptions) over the phone. Please note that the extension must be completed prior to the expiry date of the original voucher.
