I have redeemed my voucher but have yet to receive anything telling me how to book my experience.


When redeeming your voucher you should see an EX code across the screen. You will then be emailed a redemption email along with the same code and contact details to call and make a booking. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it has ended up in there.
