How to I redeem my Gift Voucher?
If you are the recipient of a gift voucher, then you must redeem your voucher online and book yourself onto the right course or experience. With your voucher at-hand, select 'Redeem Voucher'. You will be asked to enter your voucher details e.g. '12345-ABCDEF' Simply follow the redemption process and confirm your selection. After redeeming your gift voucher, you will receive an Ex Reference (booking voucher) via email. This will have your number e.g. (EX 10492-12345). This will need to be quoted when ringing the chosen partner centre.
