On Saturday 7th July 2018, it'll be World Chocolate Day! So, in celebration, we wanted to share with you our top 7 very chocolatey experiences. With experiences located in London, Brighton, Winchester, Glasgow and York, you're bound to find one near you. We've included a whole range of experiences - including chocolate-making workshops, a chocolate tour, a chocolate supper and an exciting treasure hunt - so keep on reading to find out more... I would warn you now though; after reading this article, you're guaranteed to be very tempted to eat a piece/bar of chocolate!
It can be daunting to try out a brand new activity, especially a skilful one. But as the saying goes, ‘You’ll never know until you try’! At first, I was extremely nervous about stand-up paddle boarding (more commonly known as SUPing). The majority of my family and friends know me as one of the clumsiest individuals alive, so the prospect of balancing on a piece of polystyrene while drifting across the water didn’t exactly strike me as easy, but I was more than up for the challenge.
During what appeared to be a normal day in the office, Willow and I were surprised with tickets for the British Airways i360! With less than 24 hours until the event, we charged our Go Pros and our camera.
First impressions are everything, and when our first day included a Hop on Hop off Bus tour of Brighton, we knew working for Experience Days was going to live up to its name! With the sun shining and the wind blowing, Rina and I were whisked away from the office down to the pier to find our bus and embark on a tour of the city. Just opposite the Poole Valley coach station, the pickup point awaits for you outside Brighton Palace Pier. Beginning by the sea was excellent, as the lively atmosphere and sound of the seagulls made us feel we were in the heart of Brighton! The buses run every 60 minutes throughout the day from 10am until 5pm, so there’s plenty of choice to find a time that suits you.
Last Friday, we were lucky enough to be invited to Escape The Vault on London Road, just a 20 minute walk from the office. Charlotte, Willow, Gemma and I all headed down to the escape room. We were all looking forward to this experience as we have never been to an escape room before.
