Arthur Murray is a well-established international danced studio. Whether you are a beginner looking to have fun or a professional looking to further develop your skills, Arthur Murray welcomes. Charlotte, and I were beyond excited to learn the art of ballroom and Latin dance. We had no previous dancing experience, were curious to see how good we would actually be.

Brighton & Hove is known for its artistic flare, so Rina and I couldn’t wait to get in touch with our creative sides and explore Charlie Doodle’s range of inventive workshops. A talented illustrator and artist, Charlie up-cycles vintage materials in order to create new pieces. You can learn all about Charlie in her partner interview, here! Located just off Hove high street, Charlie’s studio is very easy to get to. After a short walk from Hove station, along the beautiful seaside terraced houses, we had arrived.

Last month Experience Days welcomed the wonderful Charlie Doodle. Leading a range of different lessons and classes, Charlie is all about helping people tap into their creative sides and try out something new. Her collection of creative workshops spans from homemade candles to key ring making, and we wanted to get to know more about the Brighton based business.
Staff Review: Aerial Yoga in Reigate

After a beautiful sunny day in Brighton, Gemma and I caught the train to Reigate. That evening we would be taking part in an aerial yoga class hosted by Very Yoga! Although we were certainly not experts in the flexibility department, we were of course tempted by the relaxing effects of a yoga class. However, this was no usual yoga! This was a different take, and an increasingly popular style: aerial yoga. Hanging from hammocks, we would soon be feeling the benefits of deeper stretches and suspended postures.
