Wine Tasting Experience Days: Spend an evening tasting sparkling wine like a professional with this two hour experience in London. Whether you're a budding Champagne connoisseur or a sparkling wine tasting newbie, this is the ideal experience for learning the basics and gaining expert knowledge of the industry. Learn the different flavour accents, various ingredients used, and how styles of production alter the end product.
You'll get the choice of six different sparkling wines including Champagne, Prosecco and Cava (and learn the difference between the three!). Ever wondered how sparkling wine gets its bubbles? The expert wine tutor will impart a wealth of knowledge on the subject, ensuring every question is answered so you make the most of the two hour experience. During the evening you'll get to do a blind tasting of various bubbly wines, and learn what the key is to buying a good bottle, how to store it, and how to serve it. One of the best aspects of this course (especially for the chocaholics) is that you'll get to match the wines with various chocolates, and decide which ones work best together! This evening also includes antipasti platters in between tastings. Enjoy!
