Tackle the challenging rally stage in a Ford Escort, RS2000! With rear-wheeled drive and expert tuition you will be revving the engine, racing along the high-speed straights and changing down the gears whilst clinging to hairpin bends! This incredible vehicle is great for learning the ins and outs of rally driving and with a qualified instructor on hand to teach you the perfect racing lines, you'll be shaving seconds of your lap in no time!

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a full safety briefing before an introduction to rally driving. Your qualified instructor will run you through and demonstrate the techniques required to drive this incredible car around the track! Jump in the driver’s seat and practice the skills shown, including steering, braking, throttle control, car positioning, power slides and hand brake turns. You will then break for lunch, and when you return the heats begin! You will be awarded points for car control, balance, reaction times and overall ability, as well as timed laps to determine the driver of the day! Once you have completed the heats your instructor will take each participant on a white knuckle passenger ride! Your experience will draw to a close with a de-brief about the skills you have learnt before your tutor announces the 'Top Driver'!. Each Driver will receive a rally certificate on completion of the course.

Minimum Age: 17
All participants must have a Full UK Driving License.

This is a full day experience, please allow up to 6.5 hours at the centre.

There will be a maximum of 5 pupils per car allowing individual tuition and plenty of 'hands on driving time'.

Spectators are welcome, however there is a £10 fee per person and will be required to sign a declaration of indemnity.

This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year. Please see our book and go or call the centre upon booking for specific dates.

Please Note: This voucher entitles the participant to partake within a weekday experience, for weekend availability please see our 'Full Day Beginners Rally Driving' experience.

On the day long sleeves, long trousers together with trainers should be worn. Crash helmets are provided, we have a full range of sizes to ensure each driver has a properly fitted helmet.
It is compulsory for drivers taking part in hot rides to be wearing a helmet at all times.
