Lying behind the imposing façade of an old Synagogue in the heart of Southport, lies a paradise everyone should discover; this is a wonderful retreat in which to escape the pressures of daily life. Unlike other spas, they ensure you are never unattended and have an extremely personal service to make sure your are pampered in luxury from the moment you step in the door.

Total Time Out has a very special couple of treatments that mean you benefit from the inside out during your spa day. Not only this, but our Award Winning Spa gives you the chance to spoil yourself rotten by using - A Candle Lit Spa Pool, Sauna, Lounging Areas... All to be accompanied by a welcome drink, robes, towels and slippers.

Included in your package is;
- A Hot Stone Therapy; Hot Stones are placed on the body allowing the heat to radiate through the deep tissue.  A full body massage ensues, using the oiled hot stones to full effect.  Fantastic for relieving stress, tension and aching muscles.
- Elemis Advanced Performance Facial; Gentle massage techniques combined with calming actives and a restructuring Japanese Silk Mask helps rebalance delicate, fragile, sensitive skin. Includes a luxurious hand and arm massage and de-stress scalp treatment.

Lunches and fresh fruit smoothies are available separately. You may also join in with any yoga or pilates classes.
