Sports Boat Experience

Enjoy the thrill of piloting two powerboats in this great experience. You will in the cockpit of both the Catamaran and Monohull sports boat as you take on the challenging course.

Experience the ultimate in water based speed as you pilot the Catamaran and the Monohull Sports boats. These lightweight, agile craft can both reach speeds of 90mph in race conditions and are guaranteed to leave a smile on your face long after the experience has finished.

Your sports boat experience will begin with a welcome and fitting of your safety equipment. After a full safety briefing you will make you way out to the waters edge to familiarise yourself with the two craft you will be driving. You will get to try both the Catamaran and Monohull boat around the challenging circuit in full control of these agile and powerful craft. This action packed, hands on experience is perfect for anyone wishing to gain an insight into power boating. Your experience will came to a end back at the centre.

Minimum age: 16 years

Participants are required by law to disclose all medical conditions or disabilities that may affect or be affected by your participation. I.e., back/heart conditions/ hearing/sight/pregnancy.
You will be required to sign a declaration of your fitness to participate on arrival.
Parental signature/ authorisation will be required for participants under 18 years of age.
There is a zero tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol.
Third Party Public Liability Insurance is provided with your experience. Personal accident insurance can be purchased on the day if required.

Please allow approximately 5 hours for the whole experience.

Spectators are welcome free of charge, but should they require lunch this must be booked direct with the centre prior to the event – Cost £10.00 per person.

Courses run on selected weekdays, Saturdays and some Sundays from May 1st through to October 1st – you are advised to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Your experience will be re-booked if cancelled due to inclement weather.
All dates are subject to availability.
Please Note: There will be up to 20 people on the experience.

Suitable clothing such as lightweight jeans, trainers, a long sleeved shirt or a pullover is a must as It is very important to keep all limbs covered whilst driving the boats.
A change of clothing is also recommended just in case along with personal toiletries.
Changing /shower facilities are available.
All safety equipment will be provided and must be worn as instructed.

Extreme weather conditions may affect this experience please contact the centre prior to your arrival.
Any cancellations / amendments to the itinerary or boat changes are for your own safety.
