Skiing Fast Track Lesson

Learn how to ski in super quick time as you are given the dry slopes to practice all day with a qualified instructor. Learn the skills before you go abroad and do it for real!

This is a great intro session to skiing that will really get you off to the right start in the sport. The course is held at one of our three Snow Domes in the UK - you will learn how to ski on real snow. You will receive three hours of expert instruction by a fully qualified skiing instructor. Your experience also includes equipment hire (excluding gloves). This is a great introductory session that should leave you capable of continuing to practice the sport under minimal supervision. This experience is available for levels 1 & 2 (beginner & previous limited experience) and 3 & 4 (previous experience and improvers). Please specify upon booking which level you require.

You will arrive at the centre and get kitted up for the day with your clothing and skis / boots etc. It is now time to hit the slope! Over the course of the three hours you will learn as much as possible of the following:

• Intro to equipment, safety, stance & balance, basic movement, straight running in snow plough.
• Snow plough and intro to snow plough turns.
• Intro to linked snow plough turns.

At the end of the session you will return your gear.

No previous experience is required. A reasonable level of fitness is required, if you have a medical condition that you think may affect your ability to do the course please check with us before booking. Minimum age 18 yrs.

The lesson will last for three hours, expect to be at the centre for around four hours in total.

There will be a maximum of seven people in the group.

This course is available all year round.

All equipment and specialist clothing is supplied by the centre except gloves which can only be purchased at the centre for an additional £10 due to hygiene reasons. You should wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and warm layers. Waterproof clothing and long sleeves are recommended.

This is not a weather dependent experience.
