This is your chance to create mouth watering culinary delights, under the expert guidance of celebrity chefs. All of the courses are a full day and are completely Hands-On, everyone gets stuck in, but without the washing up at the end! Phew!!

All courses are Hands-On and designed to be inspirational, great fun, satisfying, relaxing and informative. You will leave more confident, having been shown new techniques and tips for making impressive entertaining easy. Included in the course depending on which one you have chosen, are ingredients, full tuition, cook's tips and techniques, drinks on arrival, course folder with recipes and notes and of course will include food throughout the day! You will have to sample what you are cooking after all!

All the seaford is sourced locally, and is fresh, so you can be assured that you are getting the best ingredients available. We have included a sample menu, to tease you with some of the food you could be cooking:

Assorted home made breads
Prawn Toasts
Carpaccio of fresh yellow fin tuna
Seared Tuna with Indian with Indian Spices
Spicy Indian Salmon and Prawn Curry
Moules Mariniere
Steamed Turbot, Mussels and Clams
Fresh Cod and Pancetta parcels with Raita
Whole Fresh Fish

The Full Day course will start at 10.00am and end at 5.00pm
