Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim in the waters.
A declaration of health must be completed before the experience, with advice sought from your doctor advisable if you think you may be restricted in any way.

All equipment is provided by the centre. You should to bring along your swimming attire and a towel.

There will be a maximum of eight students per instructor.
Spectators are welcome at most centres, please check with the centre before booking.

Scuba Diving Lesson for 2 - Cambridge is available on selected weekdays and weekends around once per fortnight throughout the year.
