Scuba Diving Lessons are the ideal introduction to the age old sport, as learning the professionally approved skills and techniques from the offset avoids picking up bad habits and ensures your progression through the PADI ranks is as smooth as possible. Once you are equipped with the basic equipment and protocol techniques, your Scuba Diving adventure will really begin and you can open up a whole new world of activity under water - as no two dives are ever the same!

Your Scuba Diving Lesson in Cambridgeshire will begin with a welcome introduction to the instructor, the equipment and the pool that you'll be practicing in. Then, once briefed and ready to begin the session - you'll start by donning the equipment and getting into the pool. Once in, you and your group will be learning from theoretical and practical demonstrations of the techniques and protocols, as your PADI trained instructor will be showing you the professionally approved methods of how best to Scuba Dive! Once you have learned the basics, you can quickly go through the PADI ranks en route to gaining your Open Water certification - where you can dive solo anywhere in the world.

Minimum Age: 10

Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim in the waters.
A declaration of health must be completed before the experience, with advice sought from your doctor advisable if you think you may be restricted in any way.

Scuba Diving Lesson - Cambridgeshire will last for around 2 hours.

Spectators are welcome to watch from the side of the pool.

Scuba Diving Lesson Cambridge is available on selected weekdays and weekends around once per fortnight throughout the year.

The centre will provide all equipment, all you have to bring is your towel and your swimwear.

As this Scuba Diving Lesson is pool based it is not weather dependent.
