Scuba Diving lessons are the best way to open up the world under water, as learning the basics can lead to a whole new world of exploration - in both this country and across the world. Once you've learned the techniques and protocols of the unique sport, you can take to the waters anywhere and begin exploring the world's most beautiful under water sights...but of course everyone has to start somewhere, and where better than with a PADI instructor and in a controlled environment such as the pool.

Isleworth

Your Scuba Diving Lesson will start with an introductory meet and greet where you will meet the instructor and go over the lesson's plan, the equipment - and what the world of Scuba Diving is all about. Then, once briefed and buoyed you'll don the gear and begin a two hour lesson - learning the basics and more, including maintaining the equipment, hand signals and the other vital Scuba skills. Once you've learned the basics, you can quickly progress through the PADI ranks and become a trained Scuba Diver.

Minimum Age: 10

Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to swim 50m easily.

Scuba Diving Lessons - London will last for around 2 hours.

There may be up to 7 other participants on the experience with you on the day.
Spectators are welcome to watch from the side of the pool.

Scuba Diving Lessons - London is available around 3-4 times per month, on weekdays and weekends.

All equipment is provided by the centre, you will should just bring along your swim suit and a towel.

Scuba Diving Lesson - London is pool based and therefore not weather dependent.
