RYA Jet Ski Course - Full Day

Jet skiing has exploded in popularity in recent years and this fantastic full day course will allow you to gain important knowledge and experience to be able to enjoy these fantastic craft safely.You will be taught by a professional instructor the skills and techniques required to competently ride the craft and by the end of the day you will have gained the RYA Personal Water Craft certificate.

Once you have arrived at the centre you will be welcomed by the staff who will direct you to the changing facilities to get changed into your wetsuit and safety gear. Your instructor will then lead a short safety talk and introduction to the jet ski's you will be riding throughout the day. You will then head out onto the water to begin the lesson, learning the skills and techniques required to safely manoeuvre the craft. he RYA Jet Ski Course will equip you with all the essential skills and knowledge to gain the RYA PWC Proficiency Certificate, (which is becoming more important at most harbour & port facilities) and will help you to become a safe and competent Jet Skier.

In order to obtain the RYA certificate, a fee of £15 must be paid to RYA.

Minimum Age: 12

No experience necessary.

This course will last for the entire day.

Spectators (one per person) can watch from dry land, but this must be arranged when making the booking.

The RYA Jet Ski Course is available all year round on selected weekdays and weekends.
(Generally ceases between November & February)

You should come dressed how you like, as you will need to wear a wet suit and other safety equipment which is provided by the centre.
Some wet suits are provided by the centre - please confirm with the centre if you will need one.

Extreme weather conditions may affect the course. Please phone the centre on the day to ensure that it is going ahead.
