Experience the thrill and exhilaration of off road driving with this fantastic private 4x4 adventure. An expert instructor will be in the passenger seat offering tips and guidance as you take on the challenging terrain in the 150 acres of woodland at the heart of Sherwood Forest. You will need to trust the capabilities of the vehicle and your instructor a you nose down a 45 degree slope into windscreen high pool of mud and water!

Your private 4x4 adventure will begin with a welcome to the centre by the staff who will introduce you to your instructor. After a short safety talk and introduction to the vehicle you will be driving it will be time to get behind the wheel and hit the practice course for some familiarisation laps of the beginners route. After getting to grips with the capabilities of the 4x4 you will be able to test your skills against the more challenging routes through the forest. Your will be behind the wheel for a total time of 50 minutes tackling a range of different routes of varying difficulty.

You must hold a full driving licence which you will need to produce prior to the event commencing.

Please allow 1 hour at the centre.

There is no charge for spectators.

This experience is available from Tuesday - Sunday throughout the year.

Please wear clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy, supportive footwear.

This experience can be effected by extreme weather. Please check with the centre upon booking.
