Discover the art of Parkour with up to 30 of your closest friends! Parkour has recently taken the film industry by storm from becoming a new stunt for Hollywood action heroins to 'wow' audiences with from James Bond to Jack Sparrow!Originating from the French word 'tracer', the ultimate aim is to move around quickly whilst making full use of your surroundings! Your qualified instructor will teach you the basic techniques from rolling to vaulting around the obstacles laid out before demonstrating how fast the professionals can move! Improve your spacial awareness whilst enjoying a fantastic experience with your extreme mates!

Basingstoke

Your Parkour 4 hour group workshop will begin with a welcome to the centre and a full safety briefing and introduction to the obstacles you will be facing. You will then move on to the basics skills required to move across the gymnasium incorporating different obstacles. Your instructor will be on hand to give expert help on perfecting your routine by adding some flair and tips on how to conquer the larger obstacles. Your experience will draw to a close with a demonstration by your instructor and a de-brief on the skills you have learnt and can take the streets!

Participants under 18 require parental consent.
Please Note: A reasonable level of fitness is required.

This experience lasts approximately 4 hours.
