Experience Parkour at its best! Enjoy an intensive 4 hour session learning this exciting new sport! Developed from the French word 'tracer' to move quickly, Parkour has recently featured within a range of Hollywood blockbusters! Learn and practice how to roll, climb, jump, vault and swing from your qualified instructor and negotiate the quickest route across the gymnasium whilst making full use of the obstacles in your path!

Basingstoke

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a full safety briefing before an introduction to the up and coming extreme sport, parkour! Your qualified tutor will run you through the basic techniques to move from one side of the gymnasium to the other, whilst effectively using the obstacles laid out. Throughout the session you will learn how to develop your routines and incorporate more daring moves as your confidence grows. Your experience will draw to a close with a demonstration from your instructor before a de-brief about the skills you have learnt!

Participants under 18 require parental consent.
Please Note: A reasonable level of fitness is required.

This experience lasts approximately 4 hours.

This experience is great for both individuals and groups alike.

Classes are held on selected dates throughout the year.

Please wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict movement.
