The challenging nature of Kayaking means even just a few minutes on the water can be extremely rewarding, using only man power and paddles to make your way across and through a range of water types. The exercise and reward of Kayaking is a great attraction to the popular sport, but the adrenaline of the hairier and scarier white water runs are what continues to fill the runs every weekend. But of course, before you can tackle the dangerous runs - you must learn the fundamentals; and this is the ideal place to start, with a BCU trained instructor and a controlled environment.

Your Kayaking Lesson Worcestershire will begin with a welcome brief, covering the safety aspects and fundamentals of Kayaking. Then, once kitted out and briefed - you'll be ready to hit the waters for a 3 hour lesson, covering the basics and so much more. From paddle control to exit strategies and manning the equipment to good effect; you'll not only have great fun but you'll also learn some vital skills that can be transferred throughout the world of Kayaking. After the skills learning, you can put your new abilities to the test with a games session - a perfect run down to a fantastic skills based session.

Minimum Age: 14

(Under 18's must be accompanied by a PARTICIPATING parent / guardian.)
All Participants must be confident in the water.

Your Kayaking Lesson in Worcestershire will last for around 3 hours.

Spectators are welcome to watch your Kayaking experience.

There will be a ratio of around 8 students per 1 Instructor.

Kayaking Lesson Worcestershire is available on selected weekdays and weekends from March to December.

The Worcestershire based centre will provide you with the kayak and equipment, but not a wetsuit.

• You will need to bring :
• Swimming Costume
• Towel
• Sun Block (Summer)
• Warm Clothes (to change into afterwards)

Extreme weather conditions may affect whether the Kayaking Lesson takes place. Please call the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.
