Learn not one, but two new sports on this watersport experience day which is the perfect introduction to both kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding – the hottest new craze from the beaches of Hawaii. Kayaking has long been a favourite among adventure seekers and this great introduction will equip you with all the basic knowledge and skills you'll need to get you underway. Stand-up paddle boarding may be newer to hit these shores, but is no less exciting. Be among the first to try it out, master the basics and get fit in the process.

Hove

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a safety briefing covering the water and the two experiences you will be trying. All of the equipment is provided so all you need to do is turn up and get ready for some fun whilst you learn two great watersport activities! You will not be ready to hire boats or boards after this, but you will be suitably ready to begin your Level 1 course. On top of the useful skills you will be learning, you'll also have a fantastic time learning a new and an old watersport!

Minimum Age: 8

Introduction to Kayaking & Stand Up Paddle Boarding will last for around 3 hours in total.

Spectators are welcome.

Available all year round, please contact for specific dates.

Any clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Please dress accordingly with the weather and bring sunglasses / suncream in the summer. Wetsuit is provided. Bring a towel for a shower afterwards!

This experience will cease to operate in extreme weather conditions, please contact the centre before setting off.
