A Northern Belle voyage is a perfect way to start a luxurious filled day. This fabulous engineering beauty is covered in impressive details routing back to the 1930s style. As you watch the picturesque countryside drift away and slowly turn into the capital of England, you have reached you destination. Treat yourself to a days shopping and exploring Knightsbridge’s finest shops including the famous Harrods. As the day draws to a close return to the Northern Belle for a well-needed rest and await your delicious four course evening meal to be served.

London

Your journey will begin at your chosen location. As you relax and admire the stunning train your Bellini brunch will be served. You will travel through the exquisite countryside until you reach London, where you will be transferred to Knightsbridge to discover the finest shopping available. On your return journey you will be served a 4 course dinner before returning to your final destination.

Please advise us at the time of booking of any special dietary requirements you may have – e.g. vegetarian; allergies (and their severity); intolerances. We must also be made aware of any mobility restrictions. Tables for 2 can not be guaranteed without a supplementary charge.

This excursion takes approximately 15 hours, however times may vary depending on your departing station.

Timings given at the time of booking are approximate and will be confirmed on your tickets which will arrive 7-10 days prior to departure. You should aim to arrive at check in no later than 20 minutes prior to departure. We regret that the train can not be held for late arrivals.

This experience is available throughout the year on selected Saturdays, exact dates and locations will be disclosed upon booking.

The Northern Belle departs from various locations: Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Crewe, Doncaster, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester Victoria, Newport, Stockport, Wilmslow and York.

Feel and look fabulous in your favourite smart-daywear. Please do not wear jeans or trainers and bare in mind you will be outside for parts of your excursion.
Don’t forget to take you cameras!

As a section of this experience occurs outside remember to check the forecast and pack accordingly, items not required off train can be stored on-board.
