Enjoy a fantastic day out and discover the art of cookery! Enjoy an array of demonstrations from some of the UKs tops chefs and take home a selection of delicious recipes to try out.

Take a seat and discover the world of cookery as you watch the masters at work. With star names such as Tristan Welch, the executive chef of Launceston Place, and Adam Byatt, the proprietor of Clapham's Trinity restaurant; see how the professionals work in the kitchen! This fantastic theory session comes complete with some practical experience, as you will be enjoying a step-by-step plan of the chef's favourite recipes. There will be a selection of demonstrations throughout the day, with a buffet lunch and glass of wine included.

Woking

After a short introduction, the guest chef will run through the day's recipes before you get started on the first dish. Sit back and watch how the professionals work, with step-by-step tuition of how to prepare your ingredients best for the cooking techniques you will be practising. The professional chefs will let you in on the trade secrets and show you how to create a selection of delicious dishes to wow any crowd. Throughout your day you will enjoy a number of demonstrations, with the possibility of more famous chefs coming in for the occasion. The experience will draw to a close with a de-brief, where you will have plenty of time to ask questions.

Buffet lunch and a glass of wine is included.

Please Note: Recipes shown throughout the demonstrations differ between chefs.

Due to the nature of this experience anyone is welcome.
Under 18s will be given an alternative drink to wine throughout lunch.

The experience will last approximately 6.5hours.
10.00 - 12.30 Cookery Demonstration, 1.00 - 2.00 Lunch, 2.00 - 4.30 Cookery Demonstration

This experience is great for both individuals and groups alike.
Unfortunately due to the nature of this experience, non-participating spectators are not permitted.
Please Note: Group sizes differ depending upon the guest chef you choose to see.

The experience is available on selected dates throughout the year.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

This is not a weather dependent experience.
