This is your chance to create mouth watering culinary delights and sample with a range of wines, under the expert guidance of celebrity chefs. All of the courses are a full day and are completely hands-on, everyone gets stuck in, but without the washing up at the end! Phew!!

All courses are hands-on and designed to be inspirational, great fun, satisfying, relaxing and informative. You will leave more confident, having been shown new techniques and tips for making impressive entertaining easy. Included in the course depending on which one you have chosen, are ingredients, full tuition, cook's tips and techniques, drinks on arrival, course folder with recipes and notes and of course will include food throughout the day! You will have to sample what you are cooking after all!

Hadleigh

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a safety briefing before an introduction to the days menu. The expert chef will teach you how to prepare and cook a range of mouth watering meals before moving onto the wine tasting! Learn how to distinguish between the wines subtle flavours and discover which compliment your delicious meals the best!

Various Breads, Classic Risotto,
Spicy Lamb Shanks,
Chicken Sate,
Spiced Salmon in a Shellfish Sauce, Dark Chocolate Roulade.

Minimum Age: 16

Dishes may vary on the day, the list above is used as a sample only. Everything will be equally as delicious though!

The Full Day course will normally start at 10.00am and end at 5.00pm

This is a great experience for both individuals and groups alike!

This course is available on selected weekday and weekends throughout the dates throughout the year - around once or twice per month.

All equipment on the day will be provided by the centre, including aprons.

This is not a weather dependent activity.
