This is an awesome Multi activity day in Wales. You will tackle the white water rapids in a 14 foot inflatable raft then brave the ultimate canyoning course which culminates with the "Flying Fox" an aerial zip line which will send you from the top of the waterfall to the plunge poll 40ft below! ! This activity is great for everyone, you are always roped up where necessary and there is always an easier way to get around the slides and jumps if you wish, so you will never be put in a position you don’t won’t to be in!! This is a beautiful place to be!!

During the rafting session you will get two runs down the river in one of our 14 foot inflatable rafts, with the session lasting just over an hour in total.  Before you brave the water you will meet your guide for the trip who will give the group a full safety and instruction brief.  Each run down the river lasts approximately 20 minutes, and the rafting course is around 2km in length. It is a steep, rocky course and the river is classed as a grade 3/4.

The canyoning starts with a jump in to the plunge pool! You will then make your way down the gorge negotiating boulders and rock pools. After wading through the water your guide takes you to the top of a huge, steep water slide. Slide your way into plunge pools and pots while making your way down. You will eventually find yourself at the top of a 40 foot water fall, Breathtaking!! From the top of the waterfall launch yourself off and down the “Flying Fox” (an aerial zip line) into the pool below. Splashdown!!
