VIP Eagle Day for 2

Take someone special to enjoy a fantastic day out with these magnificent birds of prey. Get up close and personal with a range of Eagles, including flying & handling the stunningly beautiful creatures

• A day with the king of birds, the eagles!
• Get to fly a large eagle - normally a Bald or Golden Eagle
• Lunch included

This is an extremely exciting day and one which will leave spectacular memories with the participant. You will receive instruction regarding handling of the birds and will immediately be taken out in the morning to fly one of the larger Eagles, normally a bald eagle - weighing approximately 4 kilos with a 5 and 1/2 foot wingspan! This is a fantastic opportunity to be near these magnificent and rare creatures.

Dartford

Weather depending the bird will soar off into the skies, sometimes reaching heights of 5,000 feet or more. You will then have the opportunity to recall the bird to the glove and witness the speed and control these birds are capable of as they drop from the skies. At the end of the morning you will return to the centre for lunch and have the opportunity to watch the 12.00 O'clock demonstration. In the afternoon you will move out across the valley to get hands on with more eagles, including a bateleur eagle and tawny eagle, you may also get the opportunity to fly a Harris Hawk if you wish. This is an exclusive experience and is limited to 2 people per day.

The Itinerary:

10.00 - Arrival, coffee and introduction to the instructor
10.30 - Fly bald eagle
12.30 - Lunch (provided)
13.30 - Move to the surrounding countryside to fly other eagle species
16.30 - Return, questions, tea and depart.

Minimum Age: 18

This is experience will last for a full day.

This experience is exclusively limited to 2 people.

This experience is available year round.

All equipment will be provided for the day, but please wear or bring suitable clothing according to the time of year.

As this experience is outdoors it can be affected by the weather. If in any doubt then please get in touch with the centre before heading off.
