Ultimate Wine Experience

This experience is designed to educate the visitor on what is quintessentially English wine, looking at how climate affects vine growing (viticulture) in England, our wine-making techniques and how we are increasing our knowledge and skills in England. Visitors will learn about winemaking from grape to glass and take part in a tutored tasting which will help them to better evaluate and appreciate all wines. Held within Sussex's home grown and family run vineyard.

The tasting session will also explore how factors such as climate and growing conditions impact on the winemaking process in England compared to other wine producing countries.

At the end of the session guests will enjoy a delicious spread of locally produced cheeses, breads, biscuits and fruit, matched with a selection of the award-winning wines.

Minimum age is 18 and it is recommended that you alreday have a basic knowledge of wine.

The experience will last half a day (4 hours).

The maximum group size for each tour is 36.

Selected dates throughout the year. You must book as far in advance as possible as the tour availability becomes limited very quickly.

Wear flat shoes and something comfirtable and warm as you will be outside for part of the tour.

This is experience is not weather dependant.
