Experience the ultimate in Extreme Experiences, as you get some hands on experience piloting the world's most responsive aircraft - the Extra300. With an Ex Military Pilot sat right behind you, you will be taking to the skies in the 300bhp lightweight aircraft for the Ultimate in flying experiences, performing some breath-taking stunts including Barrell Rolls, Loop the Loop and Cuban 8's - truly majestic to watch and take part in. Once you have enjoyed some hands-on action performing those stunts, you will be engaging in an Aerial Dog Fight - donning the flight suit akin to 'Maverick' & 'Iceman' of Top Gun to chase and shoot someone down right out of the sky!

The aircraft used is the Extra300 - the world's top performing 2man aerobatic plane (This plane can pull tighter, fly faster and pull more G force than the Bulldog)

Cirencester

On arrival you will be provided with refreshments before kitting out into your flying suit. Once kitted out you'll be on a safety and technique brief, covering everything from voice commands to parachute techniques - then you'll be ready to hit the skies! You'll begin with a Formation Take-off (2 aircraft), a Formation Close Manoeuvre in the Climb, a Demonstration and practice of effects of controls and Aerobatic. Then, the instructor will call you to the fore, and you can get yourself some 'Hands on Stick' time - the perfect opportunity for you to fly some Aerobatics yourself! Once the stunt driving is complete, you'll begin the sport of kings, enjoying an Aerial Dog Fight where you'll be chasing the airplane in front, with one thing in mind - shoot the bandit! Your experience will finish with a full de-brief and the presentation of a certificate to keep as a memento of your day.

Minimum Age: 16
Maximum Weight: 15stone 7lbs

If you are over 55 years of age you will be required to provide a letter from your doctor confirming your suitability to fly.

You will be required to complete a medical form before flying.

The Ultimate Top Gun Experience will last for 3-4 hours in total with around 40 minutes flying time.

You can bring a spectator along who will be looked after during the course of the day, and there is a viewing area with a cafe and bar on site.

The Ultimate Top Gun Experience Weekdays is available Monday to Friday from March to November.

You will be provided with your flying suit and helmet. Please wear flat shoes with decent grip (eg: trainers) and no skirts.

The Ultimate Top Gun experience is weather dependent, it is absolutely necessary that you call the centre before you set off for the day.
