Take to the skies like never before with the ultimate Top Gun experience for 2 people! With an RAF pilot behind you, you'll perfom a huge range of stunts and tricks with an unmatchable view of Earth!

We've all seen the film and dreamt of how cool it would be to actually fly a plane and perform such daring manoeuvers... well dream no more loyal adrenaline junkies, as you can enjoy the finest aerial aviation activity available - right here! This weekend experience is for 2 people and will permanently alter your perception of what is fun, as this just quite simply is the ultimate experience! You will be flying in the Extra300 which is the world's top performing two seat aerobatic airplane, you sitting in the front and the instructor in the rear, this aircraft is powered by a 300bhp engine and is an ultra-light-weight, state-of-the-art, high-technology display aircraft. Your ex-military instructors will demonstrate a formation take-off and close formation maneuvering before teaching you how to fly aerobatics yourself.

Cirencester

Once you've arrived at the airfield you'll start the day with refreshments and a thorough safety briefing outlining the day's activities. Then, you'll don the flight gear, choose your name badge (Maverick / Iceman...) and get yourself ready for the ultimate ride of your life! This will include a formation take-off (2 aircraft), formation close maneuvering in the climb, demonstration and practice of effects of controls and aerobatics maneuvers, 'Hands on stick' time - opportunity for you to fly some aerobatics yourself, demo & practice tail-chase with other airplane - 'shoot the bandit' & smoke! Finally your instructor will talk you through return to base. Your experience will finish with a full de-brief and the presentation of a certificate to keep as a memento of your day and the opportunity to purchase a DVD of your flight for £45.

Maximum Weight: 15.5 stone
Minimum Age: 16.
Maximum Height:  6ft 4 inch.

You will be required to complete a medical form before flying and if you are over 55 years of age you will be required to provide a letter from your doctor confirming your suitability to fly.

The Ultimate Top Gun Experience will last for 3-4 hours in total with around 40 minutes of actual flying time.

Spectators are welcome to watch and there is a decent bar & restaurant on site. We recommend somebody else drives you home after your energy sapping, high adrenaline experience!

The Ultimate Top Gun Experience is available from March to November, on Saturdays & Sundays.

You will be provided with all of the necessary flying gear and your flying suit & helmet. Please wear flat shoes with decent grip (e.g. trainers)

The Ultimate Top Gun experience is weather dependent, it is absolutely necessary that you call the centre before you set off for the day.
