There are few places in the world like Champneys Tring - Set in 170 acres of manicured parkland, a spa day a Tring will still your thoughts in a busy world - little wonder it tops the A-list hot-list for rest and relaxation.

Tring

Arrive at 9.00am. You will be welcomed and given an introduction accompanied by a refreshing juice drink. This is where the Champneys Day come into its own as you can choose two of the following 55 minute treatments; Champneys Facial, Body Radiance (full body exfoliation and back massage), Amazonica Floatation, Detox Floatation, Luxury manicure and Luxury Pedicure. You will then be treated to a hot and cold delicious lunch and will have unlimited use of facilities and a choice of 20 different health and well-being classes per day to join as part of your package.

Activities that you can revel in include;
Unwind in the Music Room, meditation class, tennis, dabble with watercolours in the Art Studio, croquet, beautiful garden grounds, guided walk in summer, cycling….

Minimum Age: 16

Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please inform the Resort of any dietary requirements or allergies before the date and of any treatments that are not suitable for various reasons.
Please also make the Spa aware of any health problems, temporary or ongoing as this may affect your treatment selection.
And most importantly - a need to relax......

Arrival @ 9.00am - Departure @ 6.00pm

You will need to bring your swimsuit for the spa areas, trainers and training wear for the Gymnasium and outdoor trainers for any outdoor activities (hikes, walks, classes). Just remember you need to feel comfortable throughout. It is recommended that you also bring flip-flops or slippers to wear around the spa.
