Go with a friend to learn how to make the delightful seafood treat in a way that is not only completely safe, but completely delicious too! Learn the best techniques for scrumptious sushi!

• Create and Taste Maki Rolls, Urimake and Nigiri

Become a Sushi Meister and banish the myth of sushi being impossible to create. Take away the urge of buying Sushi from a shop as you will be taught all you need to know to create your very own Maki Roll, Urimake and Nigiri from scratch. Take control of the knife as you receive tuition that will aid you in the preparation of the all important ingredients!

You will begin your experience with a brief history of Sushi before being taught the all important knife skills which will be very useful when creating the Sushi. It is then time to begin preparation of all the ingredients needed to create Maki Rolls, Inside out rolls - Urimake and Nigiri. All this will be under the watchful eye of a Sushi rice Chef who will demonstrate the first Sushi, the Maki Roll. Then it is over to you to try your luck at making the perfect roll. As you progress you will be taught how to make the Urimake and Nigiri. If you can contain your appetite throughout the creation phase you will get the chance to take home your creations in a bento box with wasabi and soy packs. Not only this but you also get to take home your rolling matt to continue your new skills.

There will be a maximum of 15 people per session, but unfortunately no spectators!
