Learn how to make the delightful seafood treat in a way that is not only completely safe, but completely delicious too! Learn the best techniques for scrumptious sushi!

• Learn the basics of Sushi
• Develop your skills and become a Sushi Meister
• Create and taste Maki Rolls, Urimakes and Nigiris

Banish the myth of sushi being difficult to make and start your journey to becoming a Sushi Meister. Master the knife skills to aid the preparation of those all important ingredients. Watch demonstrations from a trained Sushi Chef before trying your hands at creating your very own Maki Roll, Urimake and Nigiri. 

To start your journey to becoming a Sushi Meister you will be introduced to a brief history of Sushi before being taught those all important knife skills. It is then time to begin preparation of all the ingredients needed to create Maki Rolls, Inside out rolls - Urimake and Nigiri. All this will be under the watchful eye of a Sushi rice Chef who will demonstrate the first Sushi, the Maki Roll. Then it is over to you to try your luck at making the perfect roll. As you progress you will be taught how to make the Urimake and Nigiri. If you can contain your appetite throughout the creation phase you will get the chance to take home your creations in a bento box with wasabi and soy packs. Not only this but you also get to take home your rolling matt to continue your new skills.

There will be a maximum of 15 people per session, but unfortunately no spectators!
