This cookery course brings you 3 hours of private tuition for an exclusive group of max 6 people, from celebrity chefs Dominiquwe and Pat Chapman. You will be cared for from warm greeting to fond farewell and all the time in between, garanteeing plenty of fun, lots of smiles, entertainment, the best culinary activity and a day to remember.

On arrival, you will recieve a welcome briefing and refreshments before being shown basic ingredients and cooking techniques. You will make Nori-Zushi, which consists of making Sushi Rice, cutting the fish (sashimi), make accompanying dips and then you make your own Sushi! You will be shown how to make the square, round, cone shaped and tear drop shaped roll and how to get different diameters of roll. Also, how to garnish the finished sushi attractively. You will then go onto making the Tamago-Zushi - a Beef steak marinated in home made tariyaki sauce in an omlette style roll - and the Temaki-Zushi - Cones made from nori, suchi rice and varous ingredients. AND, you can taste and take home what you make!
