This package includes the following treatments a 15 minute hydrotherapy session, a 30 minute back massage,  a 30 minute fast fix organic facial and a 30 minute manicure or pedicure each.  The hydrotherapy session is a warm water bath treatment which helps to increase circulation and relax muscles; similar to a jacuzzi. A great way to relax before your invigorating massage. The fast fix organic facial Circaroma will include cleanse, exfoliate, mask, shoulder massage, moisturise. The manicure or pedicure includes a file, soak, cuticle push back, moisturise and paint.
