This package includes the following treatments a 15 minute hydrotherapy session, a 60 minute full body massage and a 30 minute manicure or pedicure.  The hydrotherapy session is a warm water bath treatment which helps to increase circulation and relax muscles; similar to a jacuzzi. A great way to relax before your invigorating massage.  The manicure or pedicure includes a file, soak, cuticle push back, moisturise and paint.
