This outstanding Deep Tissue Back Massage is perfect for those of us who are over-stressed, over-tired and over-worked - it really does the trick and you'll leave feeling free of all the tension.

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your professional technician will run you through your experience. You will enjoy a 60 minute back massage designed to throughly penetrate stiff muscles and relieve tension in the back, neck and shoulders. It will focus on the deep tissues in your back which are the cause of pain and muscular aches, and relieve this tension in your muscles that gets built up over time.

This experience last approximately 1 hour.

This experience is available all year round, and spas are usually open between Monday - Thursday, 9am - 3pm.
