This unique Racehorse Ownership experience is perfect for any horseracing enthusiast as you enjoy this two-part experience. Once you have chosen your horse it is time to attend the trainers yard, come up close and personal with your racehorse as you watch its training regime, you will receive weekly updates of how your horse is progressing. You will meet your ownership manager and discuss race tactics over lunch. Should your horse become successful you will also get a share of the winnings.

Southsea

Part One:
Once you have arrived and been greeted to the training yard, you will meet the Racehorse Ownership Manager and your Racehorse. Oversee the horse being put through its paces around the training yard before discussing tactics and race plans over lunch. Your first day will draw to a close at approximately 1.00pm.
Part Two:
You will meet at the owners/trainers car park where you will pick up your exclusive owners Badges. Next, you will make your way through to the owners bar before meeting your racehorse and jockey in the Parade Ring. Discuss last minute race tactics, before the races begin!

You must be over 16 to participate within gambling.

Part one:
Introduction to your racehorse – please allow up to 2 ½ hours, usually meet at 10:30.
Part two:
A day at the Races as an Owner – most afternoon meetings start from 12:00 or evening meetings from 16:00. You can expect 6 to 7 races lasting approximately 5 hours.

This is a great experience for both individuals and groups.

Dates:
Part one is available every last Saturday of the month (more dates available on request).
The second part is only available on selected days (depending upon race schedule) and is subject to availability.
N.B. This is an exclusive experience limited to 2-6 owners on each session.

Location:
The training yard for the first part is located either in Hampshire or Surrey.
The racecourse for the second part varies and depends on the dates, but is likely to be one of the racecourses in the south of England (including Ascot, Lingfield, Goodwood, Brighton, Salisbury, Fontwell, etc.).

Part One:
As you will spend most of the day outside in the training yard please bring warm clothing.
Part Two:
Please wear smart dress at the racecourse, for example gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and tie.
Also bare in mind this experience takes place outside so please wrap up warm.

This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. Please telephone the centre in the afternoon prior to your experience to ensure the meeting is taking place.
